Reddy Jyoshna is an outstanding deaf women's cricketer from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, renowned for her leadership, determination, and exceptional all-round abilities. A right-hand batter and right-arm fast-medium bowler, she has consistently delivered impactful performances in domestic cricket and the Women's Deaf Premier League (WDPL), establishing herself as one of India's most promising deaf women cricketers.

Her passion for cricket began during her school years, where she balanced academics with regular training and competitive cricket. Although the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily interrupted her cricketing journey, Jyoshna remained dedicated to developing her skills through disciplined practice and perseverance. Her commitment enabled her to return stronger and continue excelling at the national level.

Alongside her sporting achievements, Jyoshna successfully completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science Engineering, reflecting her ability to balance academic excellence with high-performance sport. Jyoshna first joined the Indian Deaf Cricket setup during the national camp held in Mumbai in 2022. In recognition of her continued performances and dedication, she earned selection to the Indian Deaf Women's Cricket Team for the 2026 international season.
