A highly skilled bowling all-rounder, Shraddha has represented her state in BCCI domestic tournaments, the School Games Federation of India (SGFI), National Deaf Women's Cricket Championships, and the Women's Deaf Premier League (WDPL). She began competing in SGFI tournaments in 2019 and made her WDPL debut in Mumbai in 2024.
